Liverpool legend and Sky Sports football pundit Jamie Carragher has taken time out of his schedule to met players and coaches from Canterbury Youth FC.
The 40-year-old held a question and answer session with them at the Canterbury Academy.
” Jamie was an absolute gent,” said the club’s Wil Onslow.

“He was on a very tight schedule, but found time to come and meet the boys for a chat about his career, and to give the football stars of tomorrow some advice.
“We kept his identity a secret from the boys, so when he walked into the room their faces lit up.”
Carragher made more than 5oo appearances for Liverpool in a career which spanned 17 years. He also made 38 England appearances.
