Fire crews attended hay alight on a field in Fordwich.
Three fire engines went to the location off King Street at 2.45pm today.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the flames.
There were no injuries and the cause of the blaze is not known.
Crews left the scene after an hour.
