A boy aged 14 has been arrested in central Canterbury on suspicion robbery.
Police say he was detained at 3am on Saturday in Burgate and has been released until June 2 pending further inquiries.
The force has not supplied any further details of the incident.
But it did reveal that an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson as part of a separate investigation.
He was detained in the city centre at 1.30am on Saturday in relation to a bin which was torched at Stonebridge Road, Kingsmead, on April 23.
He has also been released pending further investigations.
The arrests of both teenagers took place on a busy night for police in the Canterbury district. Armed police also arrested a man for walking around in public with a loaded air rifle.
