A man in 60s has been hurt after he was assaulted following row over a supermarket disabled parking bay.
The incident happened in Sainsbury’s car park in Reeves Way in Chestfield at around 5.20pm on Monday July, 23.
Police have launched an appeal for information.

Investigating officer PC Tom Hill said: “It was reported that a woman, who was with the victim, had spoken to the suspect about parking in a disabled bay in the car park.
“The woman received verbal abuse and the victim was assaulted by the suspect.

“He then got into a car and drove away.
“Thankfully the victim was not injured, but both he and the woman understandably felt shaken after the incident.”
The suspect is a white man, about 6 ft tall, and aged between 45 and 50 years old and was wearing cropped trousers and a t-shirt.
He was driving a Honda Civic.
