St Dunstan’s level crossing will be shut from 1am on Sunday until 5am on Monday to allow for rail engineering work.
The work on Sunday also will mean the closure of on the line between Ashford and Minster.
Anyone using the train to get in or out of east Kent will need to use the replacement bus services being laid on.

One service will call at all stations between Margate and Ashford while another will call at all stations between Ramsgate and Ashford.
A third bus service will run between Ashford and Margate, but will only call at Canterbury West, Ramsgate and Broadstairs only.
